CR Quality Services, Inc. was incorporated on February 6, 1991 as a subsidiary of CR Industries. CR Industries was a subsidiary of Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail Railroad). On June 14, 1996, CR Quality Services, Inc. was purchased by Edward H. Hildebrand. On March 29, 2018, CR Quality Services, Inc. was sold to Katherine Edwards and continues to offer the same quality services to its customers and clients.
